The goal of this position is to ensure that all warranty claims are submitted and paid on a timely basis, that any losses are minimized and that the total outstanding is kept within acceptable limits.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Preparing claims for submission
- Entering claims daily onto the dealer communication system
- Obtaining authorization where required before submitting to factory
