Do you have at least 6 months experience with a Government Department? This could be the position for you!

Role and Responsibilities

Experience preparing and updating the daily agenda of an Executive (Director level or higher), including booking boardrooms, creating meetings, conference call, etc.

Experience dealing with clients, answering the phone and directing calls

Will act as a back up to the Executive Assistant to the DG and help support the Admin Staff in the office
